Theme Customization
Theme manager overview
The Theme Manager allows you to easily customize the look and feel of your site. Refer to the rest of the help notes for a comprehensive overview of features and answers to common questions.
If you would like to learn more about using themes check out the Theme Manager page.
Setting theme colors
Theme colors can be customized by entering the hex code or using the eyedropper tool. With the eyedropper tool, hover over any area on the desktop, including outside the browser, and select the desired color.
Uploading a favicon
A favicon (short for 'favorite icon') is the small image or icon that appears in the browser tab next to the page title. It helps users quickly identify a website among multiple open tabs or bookmarks. To upload a favicon from the theme editor either upload an image or choose an image from local files.
Three types of image sizes
- Contain: scales an image to fit within a container while maintaining its aspect ratio, which may result in empty space around the image.
- Cover: scales the image to fill the container entirely, cropping parts of the image if necessary to eliminate any empty space.
- 1:1 pixel mapping: displays the image at its original size without scaling, potentially leading to clipping if the container is smaller than the image.
